CANCELLATION POLICY (NON- HOUSEBOATS)

• Cancellation 0-7 days prior to
  reservation will forfeit 100% of rental cost.
• Cancellation 8-14 days prior to reservation will forfeit 50% of rental cost.

$50.00 processing fee will be charged for cancellations more than 14 days prior

CANCELLATION POLICY (HOUSEBOATS)

• Cancellations 46 or more days prior to reservation will incur a $200 processing fee.
• Cancellations 0-45 days prior to reservation: 30% of rental fee is forfeited

We will allow a one-time free rebooking 14 or more days prior to date of reservation. Subsequent rebooking of reservation (14 or more days prior to date of reservation) will incur a processing fee.

Above cancellation policy applies to all rebookings.

Return of rental funds may take up to two weeks to process.

Charter Party

• The Charter Party must be present at time of check-in and provide the credit card used to book the rental as well as a government issued ID. The charter party must sign the rental agreement and attend the houseboat orientation.
• No members of the rental party will be allowed to board the boat until the Charter Party has checked in.

Captain of Vessel

• All persons that will operate the vessel must be present for check-in, provide a valid drivers license, be at least 25 years old, and attend the orientation.
• Only designated Captains will be allowed to operate the vessel.

Renter Acknowledges:

• SECURITY/DAMAGE DEPOSIT. We require a Security/Damage Deposit on the day of rental.
